I have a very similar story to the FPS nerds of my generation - I started with Goldeneye, played CS 1.6 on PC, then Halo 1, found out about MLG, and started attending tournaments in 2005. College was coming up, and I wanted to focus on my studies heading into the 2007 season, so I decided to coach an amateur team, soon worked my way up the ladder on a handful of pro teams, and won my first event with Triggers Down in 2009.
